Attendee Registration Information
Registration Fee: $500 per person
Access Included: Full access to the entire conference, including all general sessions, breakout sessions, and scheduled conference programming
Meals Included: Breakfast and lunch provided during the conference for no additional fee
Additional Benefit: One (1) year IRHA individual membership included with registration
Who Should Register: Individuals planning to attend the conference as an attendee
Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
Walk-in registrations will be accepted on site for a higher fee.
*Your submission of this application authorizes the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA) to take and utilize your photos, video, and/or statement – personal and/or organizational – regarding experiences with the IRHA for any media communications, including social media, for advertising/marketing purposes or grant program evaluations and reports.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 25, 2026. If you have to cancel your registration to attend the IRHA Annual Conference, you must notify IRHA by emailing [email protected]; if you reserved a room at French Lick, you also must contact French Lick to cancel your room reservation (1-888-936-9360).
IRHA does not cancel your French Lick room reservations for you, and French Lick does not cancel registrations to attend the IRHA Annual Conference. You must contact both organizations, or you will be responsible for fees incurred by both organizations.

Attention students attending the Annual Conference
Student Preconference Session– June 22
IRHA is hosting a Student Preconference Session on Monday, June 22, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Clifton A for all students attending the conference.
Click here for the student preconference agenda. While attendance is not required, it is strongly encouraged (students only). Lunch will be provided, followed by a panel discussion featuring four healthcare professionals who will share insights about their careers and experiences in the healthcare field. We will also review what to expect during the conference and provide tips to help you make the most of your conference experience. After the session completes, you can check if your room is ready for check-in. If your schedule permits, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with fellow students, learn from healthcare leaders, and begin building your professional network.
We hope all students will join us for this valuable networking and learning opportunity.
Student Scholarship Acceptance
By submitting an application, you confirmed your acceptance of the terms below and will adhere to the following guidelines:
- Eligibility Criteria:
- You are a full-time student enrolled in an accredited College or University (part-time students are not eligible).
- To be considered for this scholarship, ensure you provide a valid school email address.
- Scholarship Coverage:
- Understand that the student scholarship for the IRHA Annual Conference includes coverage for your registration fee to attend the IRHA Annual Conference, a hotel room for the nights of June 22 & 23 (if chosen), and all conference meals.
- If you opt for the hotel option, acknowledge that IRHA will manage the booking of your hotel room, and you will share a room with another student attending on a scholarship.
- Responsibilities, Photo Submission:
- Once your scholarship is accepted, promptly email Laura Carlson ([email protected]) a JPEG photo image of yourself. This photo will be featured in a PowerPoint presentation during the Annual Conference to introduce students
- Acceptance and Notification:
- Understand that acceptance to attend the IRHA Annual Conference on a scholarship is contingent on available funding.
- Upon securing funding for your scholarship, you will be notified via email, and your scholarship underwriter's contact information will be provided.
- Inability to attend the Conference:
- Please notify Laura Carlson, IRHA, of any changes in your plans to attend the conference by Monday, May 31, 2026, either by phone at 812-232-5468 or via email at [email protected].
- Additional Forms:
- Please note that some underwriters may require additional forms to be completed. Once your scholarship is accepted, promptly complete and return all required forms requested from your scholarship underwriter. Any information requested by your underwriter should be submitted directly to them.
- Failure to complete the required forms requested by your underwriter will result in ineligibility for future scholarships.
- Professionalism and Responsibility:
- During the conference, you are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and avoid any disruptive behavior or signs of intoxication. Engaging in such conduct may result in disqualification from future IRHA conference scholarship

North Central Health Services, Inc. is providing scholarships for health professionals to attend the 2026 IRHA Annual Conference, which includes hotel accommodations for the nights of June 22 & 23 at the French Lick Springs Hotel. The scholarships are limited to employees of a rural health clinic, rural county health department, or rural FQHC, or full-time health professional students who live or work in one of the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White.

Earn ACHE Qualifying Education Credits
As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the ACHE of Indiana, is authorized to award 7.0 hours of ACHE Qualifying Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualifying Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
IRHA Annual Conference Mobile App
IRHA will utilize a mobile app as the primary platform for distributing information during the 2026 Conference. Login credentials will be provided to all registered attendees in advance of the event.
